Terms of sale.

These terms are the agreement between you and the seller of ProgressTiger ("we", "us"). They apply to every purchase on the site and to your use of the site. You agree to them when you buy.
The seller is the company named on the payment page before you pay. Write to support@progresstiger.com to get its name and address by email.
1. The product
ProgressTiger is an independent online preparation course for the electrical apprenticeship aptitude test. It is a digital product, delivered online. Nothing is shipped.
The course covers algebra and reading skills for the electrical training ALLIANCE-style apprenticeship aptitude battery, previously known as NJATC. Local training programs may use different providers or additional subjects. Check your test invitation or training center before purchase. Mechanical and spatial test sections are not included.
The purchase is personal access to the lessons, practice questions and two timed mocks described on this site. The course is used in a browser; there is no PDF or book download.
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by IBEW, NECA or the electrical training ALLIANCE. Questions are original practice material. We do not provide real exam questions, official passing scores, a guarantee of passing, or an apprenticeship placement. Performance on our mocks is not an official score prediction.
ProgressTiger is offered to customers in the United States only.
2. Price and payment
The price is USD 69. It is one payment: there is no subscription and no later charge. If a tax applies to your purchase, it is shown before you pay. Your bank or card issuer may charge fees of its own, for example for a payment in another currency. Payment is taken by our payment provider under its own terms. The contract between you and us is made when your payment is confirmed.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to buy. A parent or guardian may buy for a younger person and is then responsible for that person's use.
3. Delivery and access
You get access online as soon as your payment is confirmed. You need a current web browser and an internet connection. Keep the email address you bought with: it is how we find your purchase and restore your access.
Your progress in the product is saved in your browser, on your device, and not in an account with us. It does not move to another browser or device, and clearing the browser's storage erases it. A record of how the product is used and, where the product saves test results with your purchase, those results are a different thing: the privacy notice describes them.
Your access has no end date. It lasts for as long as we offer the product; a single payment is not a promise that we offer it for ever. If we decide to end a product, we tell buyers by email, with reasonable notice, at the address of the purchase.
We may update, change and improve the product. We work to keep the site available, but we do not promise that it is available at every moment.
4. Your license
When you buy, you get a license to use the product. You do not become its owner. The license is personal: it is for you, for private and non-commercial use, in the way the product is meant to be used. It lasts while you have access and keep to these terms. The product, the site and everything in them belong to us or to our licensors.
Unless these terms allow it, you may not share your access or pass it on, resell or publish the product or parts of it, copy it in bulk or collect it by automated means, use it to build or train another product or service, or interfere with the site or its security.
5. Support
We give support by email at support@progresstiger.com. Write from the email address you bought with. Never send card numbers or passwords.
6. Canceling and refunds
You can cancel an order at any time before you pay. Once your payment is confirmed, the product is delivered in full at once, so the purchase cannot be canceled for a change of mind after that.
Contact us promptly if you encounter duplicate charges, a material content problem or an access failure we cannot resolve. Refund requests are assessed according to the issue and applicable consumer rights. We do not advertise an unconditional satisfaction or passing guarantee.
Refunds go back to the payment method you paid with. If a charge looks wrong, write to us before you dispute it with your bank; we can usually settle it faster. Nothing in this section takes away a refund or another remedy that consumer protection law gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement, for example when a product is not as described.
7. Ending access
You can stop using the product at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously break these terms, for example by sharing or reselling the product, or if your payment is refunded or charged back. The parts of these terms that are meant to continue, such as section 8, apply after your access ends.
8. What we promise and what we do not
You get the product as it is described on the site when you buy. We do not promise a particular result from using it. How you use it, and what you do with what you learn from it, is your own responsibility.
EXCEPT FOR WHAT THESE TERMS EXPRESSLY PROMISE, THE SITE AND THE PRODUCT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST EARNINGS OR LOST DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ABOUT A PURCHASE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR IT.
We are not responsible for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section applies to liability for fraud, for gross negligence or intentional misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Nothing in it takes away a warranty, right or remedy that consumer protection law gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement.
9. Complaints, law and courts
If something is wrong, write to us at support@progresstiger.com first. Most problems can be settled quickly that way.
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the seller is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live.
A dispute that we cannot settle is to be brought before the courts of the country where the seller is established. If you are a consumer, this does not prevent you from bringing a claim before the courts of the place where you live, where the law gives you that right.
10. Other terms
We record website events and how the product is used for internal analytics. Our privacy notice describes how we handle personal information. It is not part of this contract.
We may change these terms. The new version is posted here with a new date. The version in force on the day you bought applies to that purchase.
These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about your purchase. If a court finds a part of them invalid, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a term once, we have not given it up. Unless these terms allow it, you may not transfer your rights under them; we may transfer ours to a successor that takes over the product.
We write to you at the email address of your purchase. If you have difficulty using the site, including with assistive technology, or believe that something on it infringes your rights, write to us at support@progresstiger.com.
